- Rate the quality of Colorado’s licensed child care and preschool programs
- Help programs continue to improve the quality of services they provide
- Show families a program is committed to quality
Colorado Shines is a free resource for programs, early childhood professionals and families.
About Us
History
Norm and Vickie Baron are the owners and directors of Blooming Littles Learning Center in Milliken, CO. Norm and Vickie have over 25 years of experience working with young children. Vickie holds a BS in Theology as well as her Director’s certificate for running a preschool and large childcare center. She still maintains positive relationships with many families and children that she has served. Norm and Vickie are thrilled to be opening their hearts and doors to the families of Blooming Littles Learning Center.
Philosophy
Blooming Littles Learning Center believes every child can be successful in their own right. To this end we will provide many varied and wonderful learning opportunities that reach out to all learners. We will respectfully guide our students, regardless of their race, age, religion, or culture. It is our belief that each individual child deserves the chance to learn in their own way. Blooming Littles is here to help children find the key they need to unlock the doors to joyful learning and apply it to their lives.

Our mission is to provide a safe, happy and educationally enriching environment for children. We recognize the individual needs of each child in developing socially, emotionally, intellectually and physically.
